What is the individual session structure?

Sessions are 50 minutes long, and the frequency of appointments varies based on individual client needs. Between sessions, clients may be provided with readings or exercises to complete, which can enhance their therapeutic journey. For clients experiencing chronic pain, it is necessary to purchase a workbook priced at approximately $30, which will support and complement the therapy process.
